Clean bistro with fantastic staff that controls the food through regular quality checks. Relaxed and pleasant mood that invites you to relax and eat. Keep it up.

The new terrace makes it really nice to sit outside and enjoy delicious food. Nice service and good value for money.

The new menu is bombshell, there are now very summery dishes at a high level. In addition to the cozy beer garden, there is a seating area with a beach look. Definitely recommendable

Friendly and delicious

The food is ok, but too expensive (I had the schnitzel with fries). The waiting times are far too long. I wonder why there are 6-7 conditions behind the counter, if only one serves. In addition, the room temperature is much too high, you sweat without moving, which does not exactly make the wait for food or drinks and yes, even for the bill, more pleasant. We then paid at the counter, because even after 20 minutes the waitress failed to bring an invoice.

Food ok. Far too high prices. Service underground. So many waitresses ... who prefer to talk and play mobile phones instead of serving guests ... the prices should be right ..

I went to eat twice in November as this bistro is in the immediate vicinity of the rehab clinic. The ambience is very nice, the staff courteous and friendly. The food eg. The original Wiener schnitzel was not the bringer for the price. I did not agree. The currywurst with fries were okay.

For a bistro actually too good Both the ambience and the menu are more like a restaurant, except that there is not much choice of cooked dishes to order. The avocado bread is really delicious with a lot of avocado (in slices as well as cream), the superfood salad with cous-cous and yoghurt mint dressing is also delicious! The classic meatballs with cucumber and potato salad, however, was just "okay". The meatballs were very soft and why the potato salad with the supplement "cucumber" is not comprehensible - see picture. There were 3-4 cucumber slices, otherwise a normal, average potato salad. There are (weekly?) Changing additional dishes such as. Lentil stew or chili con carne, both was good but can not compete with avocado or superfood salad. As a bistro still good 4 stars as a rating and only just past 5!

Nicely decorated bistro with nice service. There is a great selection of drinks and bistro food. The fries are fresh, crisp and taste delicious. You also get enough mayo / ketchup. The cappuccino is creamy and also tastes good. Prices, however, sometimes quite high.

I'm a big fan of the bistro breakfast. Freshly squeezed juices, avocado bread and salmon bagel, various egg dishes, pancakes, Bircher muesli and much more, there is no breakfast wish left open. No 0815, always fresh, delicious and well presented. Especially great: there is now a small breakfast offer for the whole day! But the lunch menu and weekly dishes are always top. 👍 In addition, nice service and good service, what more could you ask for? 😊 I am looking forward to my next visit.

We were after the bath to eat there and there is no recommendation from us. The bistro is nicely furnished but with very uncomfortable chairs that are too low, for people e.g. with minor disabilities rather bad. Although not busy, it took 25 minutes for our food to arrive. Dish One: Jägerschnitzel with homemade croquettes and green beans - manageable portion. The croquettes had tasted only of nutmeg and were very deep fried, the schnitzel consisted of two gossamer pieces cut from the pork loin. on the top a few mushrooms and diced tomatoes, all without sauce and completely tasteless. In addition, the meat was lukewarm at most. The green beans were nice and firm, as it should be. Dish two: meatloaf with mushroom cream sauce and spaetzle - normal portion size. The meatloaf did not look so appetizing The mushroom cream sauce consisted of a few quartered mushrooms with a little thin sauce, also everything very tasteless, the spaetzle from the bag had a slightly sour taste. All in all a blunder and oh yes, the presumably unskilled service actually took six minutes to get a non-alcoholic wheat beer from the bottle into the glass - we had a clear view of the counter area.

Schwitzer's Bistro is located in the Waldbronn thermal baths. You can also visit it as a non-bather. There are free parking bays and a parking garage (also free). The entrance is to the left of the lobby or you can sit outside on the forecourt. It's not that pretty though - the paved entrance area, simple plastic rattan chairs and formica tables, no natural shade (an awning for half of the tables is available). However, a small outdoor lounge corner (pallets with pillows under trees) is quite nice. There is a bell for the waitress who inside probably doesn't always hear what / or whether (what) is going on outside. We therefore also had to experience waiting times. However, the service was nice, if a little hectic. Hardly asked, she was gone again, there was no time for answers ... Inside bright, modern, bistro-cafe-look wood. The rear area is cordoned off for bathers. We had: Hot dog: the cheese sausage was good, hearty, the brioche bun was also good and didn't taste like it was in the pack (was slightly crispy on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside), something toasted (inside and outside) would have given it the finishing touches . Unfortunately there was only about 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce for the whole piece, so I could hardly make out how it tasted. But then there was too much, wet, hard, bitter and lush green stuff (thick cucumber slices, hard stalk salad (probably Roman) and everything was also zero turned on) Side salad: is there any dressing on it? I guess that at most 1 tablespoon of dressing was tipped over it. If you tried it out on its own, it was just a touch of vinegar water. And that with a lot of bitter stuff like spinach leaves - inedible, except for rabbits. They went back almost unharmed. The waitress asks briefly how it tasted, but as already mentioned, don't give us a response time ... French fries: despite the shell (I don't really like it, especially not if it's not explicitly on the menu or at least advertised as country potatoes), good, thin, crispy, but not seasoned (no salt) Lasagne: good, fresh, hearty cheese. No lie - EVERYTHING was just lukewarm. It couldn't have been sitting outside, in August, at almost 30 degrees. We took cake with us for dessert. It was delicious, just like housewife's: American cheesecake and cherry chocolate. Toilets are down on the right in the basement, even if there is only a sign for disabled toilets. In the basement there is a wellness area to which the toilets belong. Daylight. 2 cabins. Lime dirt edges that are partly already black.

Delicious breakfast, great service, relaxed atmosphere and fresh and specially selected ingredients at reasonable prices. It convinced us today and we will be back.

Since the end of October 2017 there has been a new operator that we were able to enjoy several times during our stay. In my opinion, the selection of food and drinks is appropriate for a Thermen Bistro. There are classics such as a currywurst (excellent veal sausage with crispy fries and delicious sauce) as well as healthy alternatives such as a superfood salad or a cauliflower soup. The food was very tasty and of good quality. Coffee and cake were also excellent. The service was very friendly. I would visit the bistro again at any time.
